My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were good value as they included courier, breakfast, and spa access, but the overall quality of the hotel didn't quite match up to the standard of the spa. The service, however, was exceptional with friendly and accommodating staff always ready to assist.

The hotel was ideal for our family, with interconnecting rooms that allowed us to stay together easily and even check in early. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering a personal touch, like sharing the history of Venice. The location, though a bit far from town, was in a clean area with ample sunbeds by the pool. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, perfect for enjoying inside or by the poolside.
